Welcome to AltaireDev

Hello my fellow developers!! I am honored to welcome you to my platform and journey to success. This is my very first article on my platform and I shall introduce my core idealogies and plans for the near future. This platform was created by me primarily to share my thoughts/plans, create cheat sheets for technologies, introduce myself, collaborate with passionate individuals and share the real-world projects I have created. Hope you find it helpful!!

πŸš€ The Core Mission: Why AltaireDev?

As I have introduced myself in the home page, I am a young individual desperate for progress. I am eager to expose myself to various areas of life and move to my goals slowly but confidently. I created this "platform" to help people, track my progress, share my ideas, teach programming concepts and collaborate. I have various social accounts to stay socially recognizable and build my online identity, including Youtube, Telegram, Github, LinkedIn, Instagram and more!

πŸ—ΊοΈ The Roadmap: What You Can Expect

To keep myself accountable and ensure this space remains high-value, I’m focusing on four main pillars:

  • Weekly Tech Articles: Publish articles every week on various fields, including projects I have build, things I learned, my thoughts, my plans, my achievements and programming cheat sheets. I believe that consistency is the key to success!
  • Step-by-Step Tutorials: Create valuable tutorials to solidify my programming knowledge and share it with you.
  • Project Building: Build real-world, practical and applicable projects constantly to become more efficient and pragmatic developer as a whole, projects that will be useful for people, and subsequently share them with you.
  • Quick-Reference Cheat Sheets: Create practical Cheat Sheets to quickly look up certain things with ease when you forget. I personally tend to forget some function names, some procedures and core principlies of certain technologies and languages as I tend to switch between them quite often. That's why I find them very beneficial not to waste time trying to remember them and to look them up quickly.

In the future, I will keep moving towards my goals and exposing myself to different fields. Every single year, I will open up this article and compare my achievements and visions. After 5-10 years, for sure, when I have achieved my objectives, I shall open this article and read thoughts by "old me" and sayy dammnnn, that was fantastic.

πŸ› οΈ Current Focus & What I’m Building Next

To be honest, throughout my life I have been creating unpractical small applications, like todo-list, snake game, calculators, simple websites and so on. Now I have realised that my life can't continue like that, that I need to work on something real and practical, and share those projects with the community. Therefore, from this point on, I will be creating decent, large-scale, real-world applications like a true prodigy and see what happens after that.

I have decided on my first project, and that will be a comprehensive Expense Tracker API with Node JS and MongoDB. I decided start with comparatively less sophisticated project.

🀝 Let’s Connect

Building in public is nothing without the public part! I want to hear from fellow developers, creators, and tech enthusiasts.

  • What are you building right now?
  • What kind of tutorials would you find most useful?

Let's keep in touch and collaborate!! You can find me on X, Github, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, Youtube or by emailing me.
